Bullish has a maximum daily withdrawal limit on individual and institutional accounts.

Account type

Daily limit

Individual

US$10,000

Professional Investor

US$1 million

Institutional

US$10 million

Important: To enable the withdrawal function, you need to complete the source of wealth and tax information declaration. You are granted a 30-day grace period from your onboarding date with Bullish to submit this declaration. If you do not complete these declarations within the 30-day period, all financial activities, including deposits, trades, and withdrawals, will be blocked.

Prior to making a withdrawal of digital assets from your Bullish account, you need to add a new crypto account and secure your digital asset account. See Managing your crypto accounts for more information. All of your linked accounts will show in the Select Destination drop-down list after choosing an asset you would like to withdraw.

To withdraw digital assets

  1. Go to the left-hand navigation and choose Portfolio.

  2. Choose the Withdraw button at the top right side of the screen.

  3. Choose the digital asset you wish to withdraw from the list of assets.

  4. Choose a Destination and enter the Amount to withdraw.

  1. Choose Review.

  2. Choose Confirm, if the information is correct. Otherwise, choose Go Back and edit the information.

  3. Use your two-factor authenticator (passkey or TOTP authentication) to authorize the action.

Important: Double-check your withdrawal destination including withdrawal address, format, network and memo (if required) to ensure the information is correct.

Withdrawing to an incorrect address, network or using the wrong memo may put you at risk of permanently losing your funds. Please note that Bullish will not be liable to you for any damage or losses caused by errors or omissions or any actions taken by Bullish at your direction.

Please note that for some of the digital assets with many decimal places, such as SHIB, they are being represented in a multiplied format, i.e. SHIB1M (Shiba Inu One million), where 1 SHIB1M is equivalent to 1,000,000 SHIB. For more information, please refer to the Help Center.

Customers in certain jurisdictions will be required to select if you are withdrawing to an exchange hosted wallet or a self-hosted personal wallet such as a ledger.

A wallet verification test (satoshi test) is required when withdrawing to a self-hosted personal wallet for the first time. For more information see Travel Rule at Bullish.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, withdrawals cannot be cancelled once the transaction is initiated.

A note on withdrawing tokenized securities

Certain tokenized securities listed on Bullish are permissioned tokens. To transfer permissioned tokens, your wallet address must be whitelisted by the issuer and/or transfer agent. For example, BLSH is an issuer sponsored token administered by Equiniti, the SEC-registered transfer agent.

Because they are issuer sponsored tokens that represent direct share ownership recorded at the registry level, rather than a synthetic position or third-party wrapper, holders have the same legal standing as conventional shareholders.

Prior to withdrawing tokenized securities, please ensure the wallet address is whitelisted at the issuer and/or transfer agent. Withdrawals to addresses which are not whitelisted at the issuer and/or transfer agent will be rejected on-chain.
