Subaccount Self Service Portal
Available to institutional customers only. Only Authorised Representative(s) of your institution has the permission to execute below actions:

1. Trading account management
1.1 Create Trading Account
Navigate to Settings > Account Management > Trading Accounts
Steps
Click Create Trading accounts.
Select product offerings — Choose the products this trading account will have access to.
Input trading account name — Enter a unique name to identify this trading account.
Input description (optional) — Add a description to provide additional context for this account.
Input risk limit (USD) — Enter the risk limit in USD to allocate to this trading account.
Note: If this account is enabled for derivatives, you must allocate a non-zero risk limit. The amount allocated must be based on the total risk limit (USD) allocated at your institution level.
Submit — Click Continue to submit the form, then verify with your MFA.
Please note that creating a new trading account does not mean your existing users will automatically be granted access to it. You must use Add Users to Trading Account to grant the appropriate users access to the new trading account.
1.2 Edit Trading Account Details
Navigate to Settings > Account Management > Trading Accounts.
Choose Edit Details on the trading account you want to manage.
Update any of the following fields:
Product offerings
Risk limit (USD) allocated — you can increase the risk limit. Note that decreasing the risk limit is not permitted if doing so could put your position at risk of liquidation.

2.2 Add user to the trading account
Navigate to Settings > Account Management > Trading accounts.
Choose Add User on the trading account you want to manage. You can see the existing users who have access to that account.
Search the user(s) from the user list
Click Add.
Select the users you want to add from the list.
Hit Submit and verify with your MFA.
2. User Management
If you wish to add more users to your institution account, please reach out to your relationship manager.
2.1 Edit User's Permission
Navigate to Settings > Account Management > API Keys & Users.
Steps
Click on a user.
Click Edit Permission.
Select the appropriate permission.
Click Submit and verify with your MFA.
2.2 Suspend or Unsuspend a User
Navigate to Settings > Account Management > API Keys & Users.
Steps
To suspend:
On the user, click Details.
Click Suspend.
Input the reason for suspension.
Click Suspend User and verify with your MFA.
Once suspended, the User Details section will display the reason for suspension and who performed the action.
To unsuspend:
On the user, click Details.
Click Unsuspend.
