Terminating a loan offer

You may request termination of a loan offer at any time. All offered funds which are not currently being borrowed will be immediately returned to your account’s spot balance, including the accrued interest earned by the loan offer to date, if any.
If any portion of the loan offer is actively being borrowed, the loan offer will not fully terminate at that time and it will still appear in your active loan offers list. You may request termination again later, or speak to your Relationship Manager who can work with the borrower(s) to return your funds.
To terminate a loan offer:
Go to the left-hand navigation and choose Portfolio.
Choose Lending.
Choose X on the far-right hand side of your loan offer.
Are you sure you want to terminate this loan? pop-up window will display the details of your loan offer, including the amount to be received . Choose Confirm.
