How to Register an Individual Account:

During the registration process, you will set up a password and two-factor authentication.

Your password should be something that you will be able to remember, and we recommend a complex combination of alphanumeric characters for a strong password. You will be prompted to update your password every 90 days. 

You can choose between using a WebAuthn passkey or a TOTP Authenticator (for example, Google Authenticator or Authy).

To create an account:

1. Choose Sign Up.

2. Select your country of residence.

3. Enter your email address.

4. Certify you are 18 years of age or older and read and agree to the Terms of Service, Risk Warnings, and Privacy Notice and select your marketing preference.

5. Check your email inbox for the verification code. Go back to the login screen and enter the verification code.

6. Choose a security question and enter the security answer, then choose CONTINUE.

7. Choose a strong password and choose SUBMIT.

8. Your account is created and you will be immediately redirected to the identity confirmation page. In this step, you have the option to confirm your identity via Persona or you can skip it and view the exchange.

9. You will be prompted to set up your Two-Factor Authenticator (2FA). Note that you must have a 2FA configured to perform privileged actions e.g. deposits or withdrawals in your account.
