Depositing funds into your Bullish account (Digital Assets)
Depositing digital assets
Choose the Deposit button at the top right side of the screen.
Choose the asset you want to deposit.
For memo based assets:
Copy the Deposit account name and deposit memo to the account that is being used to deposit by choosing the Copy icon.
For other digital assets:
Scan the QR code or copy the deposit address to the account that is being used to deposit by choosing the Copy icon.
Important: Double-check your deposit information including deposit address, format, network and memo (if required) to ensure the information is correct.
Depositing to an incorrect address, network, unsupported asset or using the wrong memo may put you at risk of permanently losing your funds. Please note that Bullish will not be liable to you for any damage or losses caused by errors or omissions or any actions taken by Bullish at your direction.
Please note that for some of the digital assets with many decimal places, such as SHIB, they are being represented in a multiplied format, i.e. SHIB1M (Shiba Inu One million), where 1 SHIB1M is equivalent to 1,000,000 SHIB. For more information, please refer to the Help Center.
Customers in certain jurisdictions will be required to select if you are depositing from an exchange hosted wallet or a self-hosted personal wallet such as a ledger.
A wallet verification test (satoshi test) is required when depositing from a self-hosted personal wallet for the first time. For more information see Travel Rule at Bullish.
How long does it take to complete a deposit?
Digital asset transfer
The time needed for the assets to get credited to your account will depend on the network traffic and confirmation thresholds. We recommend you to explore our supported assets page to see the list of assets offered in your country along with the estimated processing time.
Unsupported Assets
Unsupported Asset - Depositing an unsupported asset is not supported and you will not receive the deposit to your trading account. The unsupported deposit will not be processed or refunded.
Hard Fork - For hard forks not supported by Bullish, you may be required to withdraw that branch of the digital asset at a specified timeframe before the fork occurs.
Airdrop - For airdrops not supported by Bullish, Bullish will not credit the airdrop to the trading account.
